Hi,
Just installed Sabayon Linux with a KDE desktop... I installed Inkscape 0.48. When I go to File --> Import... expecting to find import clip art... not there. Question: What to do to enable it...? (I pasted 'openclipart.org' in the import/export preferences, didn't help). Thanks for any advice. this option does not exist in Inkscape 0.48.4, on Windows, for reasons that I cannot remember.
However it does exist in recent development builds. I am not familiar with how upgrades are done on Linux, but try going to http://inkscape.org/download/?lang=en to see if you can get a development version. Alvin Penner |

I was beginning to think there was something wrong with me... (? :)) New to Sabayon (a version of Gentoo), but not Inkscape... So I will have to do some research.
