Could you please delete any versions of InkscapePortable_0.92.3.paf.exe from the website backend, so I can re-upload a package with the exact same filename without it being renamed?
I've been advised of a bug in the portable package, fixed it, but when I attempt to upload the revised package after removing the original resource, django renames the newly uploaded resource as the same filename was previously used.

Hi Gord,

The process is a manual one because of the fastly cache invalidation.

I've removed the files, let me know when you have a new version there
and I'll invalidate the cache.
